Great real estate investments entail assets with sustained relevance, acquired for the right price, attached to contracts with strong alignments of interest, and bearing attractive rates of return likely to exceed investor requirements. We originate such investments directly, and enhance risk-adjusted performance through the assembly of a highly diverse and thoughtfully constructed portfolio worth more than the sum of its parts.

Our customers are part of the sea of non-rated middle-market companies that create most of the jobs in America. They are companies having high proportions of their required business investment centered in real estate.  Most of the service and production properties they require are profit centers, which represent the central capital need we formed Tenet to address.

Tenet’s legacy resides in three public companies, having delivered consistently outperforming investment returns across four decades with more than $20 billion invested. The Tenet senior leadership team contributed to the outsized financial results of the most recent and most successful of these companies. Shareholders benefiting from this performance have included many notable institutional names, from Berkshire Hathaway to leading state and sovereign wealth funds.
