Alexandra Hecht

Alex Hecht is responsible for portfolio management, portfolio reporting, and tenant relationships at Tenet Equity. She also contributes to Tenet’s capital markets activity and business development strategy. Alex leads Tenet’s Marketing Committee and is a member of the IT Steering Committee.

Alex brings years of experience to Tenet, having worked on investments for two publicly traded REITs. Most recently, Alex worked on the acquisition team at RPT Realty (NYSE:RPT), where she focused on the RGMZ fund, a net-lease joint venture between RPT, GIC, Monarch, and Zimmerman. In this role, Alex sourced retail opportunities nationwide, performed front-end valuations, and managed acquisition closings and portfolio reporting for RGMZ. She also assisted with RPT’s investment strategy and portfolio management activities. Previously, Alex served as an Acquisition Analyst at Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC), a net-lease REIT with, at the time, $6 billion in AUM. Alex was responsible for sourcing, valuing, and analyzing retail and industrial opportunities across the U.S. During her tenure at Spirit, her team of four deployed $1.4 billion in single-tenant retail and industrial properties. Alex also led transformative technology implementations at RPT Realty and Spirit Realty Capital. Ms. Hecht earned her B.S.B.A. degree in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she currently resides.
