VP Acquisitions
John Grossi is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet Equity and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and structuring net lease investments in the north east region of the United States.
Prior to joining Tenet, John worked as a corporate securities attorney and litigation specialist at a high-volume firm specializing in representing institutional investors and financial institutions during multi-billion dollar complex corporate fraud, misconduct, and negligence proceedings. In his most recent judgment prior to joining Tenet, John helped investors recover $335 million from the Bank of New York Mellon over its fraudulent forex trading practices. In his time as a securities attorney, John helped investors achieve substantial recoveries in several noteworthy cases, including those against Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Facebook, Tesla, Bayer and Walgreens, among others.
John graduated cum laude from the Widener University Delaware School of Law and is a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. He received a B.A. from Curry College, where he double majored in Management and Communications, and was also a member of the Men’s Varsity Hockey Team.
John is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wife Sara and doberman Bella. He enjoys golfing and spending time at his family’s “shore” house in Ventnor, New Jersey.
