Keith Griffin

Keith Griffin is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet Equity and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and structuring net lease investments in the western region of the United States, as well as overseeing brokered opportunities nationwide.

With over a decade of expertise in commercial real estate, Keith has a diverse background that includes valuation, research, debt origination, acquisitions, and dispositions. Throughout his career, he has completed transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion across the country. Before joining Tenet, Keith served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC), where he led their industrial acquisition efforts until the company merged with Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O). Keith has also held positions at MetLife Investment Management, AIC Industrial, Regions Bank, and Morgan Stanley. Keith holds a BA in Economics from North Carolina State University and earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
