Matthew Cox

Matt Cox is Vice President of Acquisitions, responsible for acquisitions and originations in the midwest region of the United States.

Prior to Tenet, Matt served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Kairos Living, a single-family rental fund based in Chicago, IL. While at Kairos, Matt helped facilitate the purchase of over 1,000 homes across the United States. Matt has held leadership roles at Ten-X and BlackRock. Matt has experience across a variety of commercial real estate structured products including CMBS, CRE CDOs, Whole Loans, and B-Notes. Matt received a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Matt has passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate.
