Mitch Woltkamp

Mitch Woltkamp has held roles on both the credit and real estate sides of the underwriting team, contributing to the analysis of every Tenet deal to date. As part of the credit team, he helped analyze the credits of middle-market companies associated with over $500 million in net lease investments across dozens of industries. On the real estate side, Mitch has personally priced and underwritten over $1.5 billion of real estate volume in all asset types across the United States. He also assists with Tenet’s capital markets, portfolio management, and acquisitions activities. Prior to Tenet, he served as a commercial real estate advisor at Retail Investment Group, a boutique real estate brokerage firm specializing in single-tenant net-leased investment properties. Mitch earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Western Governors University and holds an Arizona real estate salesperson license. In his free time, he enjoys coding and reading books on the humanities and sciences.
