Sue Fitzgerald

Sue Fitzgerald brings 20+ years of experience in the commercial real estate and net lease REIT industry with GE Franchise Finance, FFCA, and STORE Capital. She is also a commissioned Notary Public for Maricopa County, Arizona. Prior to joining Tenet Equity, Sue was a Legal Associate and Risk Legal Analyst for Greystar and Alliance Residential Company specializing in the residential side of tenant leases. Before that experience, she was instrumental in efficiently closing multi-billion dollar commercial transactions for STORE Capital. She now brings her knowledge and insight to Tenet, specializing inclosing transactions and establishing close working relationships with tenants, vendors, and legal counsel. Sue is an Arizona State (ASU) alumnus with a B.S.in Business Administration/Finance. Sue lives in Scottsdale, AZ, with her husband Scott and three rescue dogs: Murphy, Zeke, Elton, and Dusty, the black cat. Sue enjoys football, baseball, and most competitive sports.
